The future of any company depends on the people that make it up. That's especially true where there are leaders who have tons of potential and the ability to have that potential expressed.
In this episode, Dr. Kimberly Hambrick and I discuss some of the lessons we heard from participants in the Emerging Leader Inner Circle Virtual Summit held in December 2020.
There are many ways that leaders can grow and one of the ways Dr. Hambrick and I have created is a group environment called the Emerging Leader Inner Circle.
Every year, we collaborate to help these leaders grow in a virtual mastermind and teaching environment. We then bring them together in a summit. This year it was virtual and we heard from several members who shared some of their greatest lessons this year.
We share these with you as we summarize them together in this conversation.

I share some of my experiences with my own master mind group as well as some tips in finding one for yourself.
The challenge I have for you as you form your 2021 goals and aims is to find a master mind group that will take you to the next version of your business, your professional growth and your personal growth.
There is so much untapped potential with you that can only be drawn out through the power of the master mind.
If you haven't read Napoleon Hill's book, I highly encourage you to put it on your reading or listening list now and dive into it. It is powerful and takes some deep study but will unlock so much within you.

When you've been on MTV, 60 Minutes, The BBC and other media outlets sitting in the number two chair of an organization, how do you transition to be the CEO?
Today's guest is Jason Burt who is the President and CEO of Unaltered Ministries. He shares how he made that transition and the challenges that went along with it as he entered the growth space.
He shares some of the qualities that he needed to learn and also the struggles along the way as he felt the weight of the CEO role and navigated an organizational name change and then the pandemic.
Jason talks about having a safe space to share the struggles of leadership and also having the support of a group that challenges you as you enter that growth space of learning.

We all go through our own growth journey and to hear Rosie's is really inspiring.
Rosie was selected in 2019 to be a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator with Brene Brown and she is an author who says she's a work in progress and never really done growing as she continues to learn and evolve.
We discuss imposter syndrome and then dive into her book where she shares the 5 Keys to re-humanizing the workplace. She says that "growth is never easy but its got such reward."
